The seat height of the moll can be adjusted in two basic ranges:

• Range 1: approx. 38 to 47 cm

• Range 2: approx. 49 to 58 cm

The active seat height depends on the selected backrest height - this determines the range. Within this range, the fine adjustment is infinitely variable via the gas spring. The lever for this is conveniently located under the seat.

This technology makes the S9 ideal for the whole family: it grows with the child, accompanying them through their school years and beyond - without the need for a new chair.

The S9 also offers two adjustable seat depth ranges:

• Range 1: approx. 33 to 42 cm

• Range 2: approx. 37 to 45 cm

The seat depth is adjusted using a ratchet mechanism under the seat. This allows the distance between the backrest and the hollow of the knee to be individually adjusted to the length of the thigh. This ensures better weight distribution, protects the knees and supports a healthy sitting posture.

The backrest of moll can be adjusted to two different heights (approx. 85 or 96 cm) and can also be adjusted to three different angles – easily controlled using a hand wheel under the seat. A particularly clever feature is that the backrest is mounted on a rocker and gently follows the movements of the back without being too rigid.

Especially when sitting for long periods - whether doing homework or working from home - this takes the strain off your back and promotes an upright posture.

One highlight of moll is its 3D seat mechanism. The seat moves slightly with every shift in weight—approx. 6° forward and backward and up to 3° sideways.

This ensures more movement while sitting, activates the muscles and prevents tension. Especially in combination with a height-adjustable desk, this creates a truly ergonomic workstation system.
