How did you find out about moll a training company, and why did you decide to do your training here?
After completing my vocational diploma, I quickly realized that I wanted to start a commercial apprenticeship. While searching online for a suitable apprenticeship position, I moll —a name I was already familiar with. I was particularly excited by the profession of e-commerce merchant, which is modern, exciting, and future-oriented. How was your start at moll? Were you welcomed?
Starting at moll a very pleasant experience for me right from the start. On my very first day, I was given a warm welcome and integrated into the team. The time I was able to spend with my colleagues was also particularly valuable. Everyone was very open and helpful, which allowed me to quickly integrate into the team. The positive atmosphere at moll me feel comfortable right from the start. By working with different departments, I was able to quickly get to know my colleagues and the work processes. I was able to settle in quickly and develop in my role – all with a lot of support and trust.
What tasks will you take on in your apprenticeship and how well do you feel prepared for them?
In the third year of my apprenticeship, I work a lot with the WordPress content management system. I am currently taking on tasks relating to the creation and customization of websites. I work on various smaller projects where I not only structure the websites, but also make adjustments to our various online stores. The variety of tasks makes the work exciting and varied. Thanks to the help and support of my colleagues, I am never left alone with the tasks and am always well prepared.
What do you moll like about your training at moll ? Has anything surprised you in a positive way?
What I particularly moll about my training at moll the variety and the many opportunities to get involved in exciting projects. I work on real tasks that not only help me develop, but also show me how my work contributes to the success of the company. What inspires me is the appreciation you get here. How do you experience the working atmosphere and cooperation with your colleagues?
As part of a young, motivated team, I felt well integrated right from the start. There is a relaxed yet productive atmosphere in which everyone is willing to share their knowledge and work together on projects. I particularly appreciate the fact that ideas and new approaches are always welcome, which makes working together exciting and inspiring. The young team ensures that the working day is never boring, remains varied and you can constantly develop yourself further.
What development opportunities and support does moll offer you moll your training?
During my training, moll me many opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. I have regular feedback meetings with my trainer, where we discuss my progress and potential for improvement and set new goals together. What I like best is the exchange between us trainees. We share our experiences, work together, and support each other in learning new things and improving. This collaboration is not only fun, but also contributes greatly to my personal development.
What advice would you give moll future trainees about training at moll ?
Be open and curious. At moll , you moll receive a lot of support, and your colleagues will always have your back. Exchanging ideas with other trainees and colleagues is a great help, so network and work together—this will not only make your training more educational, but also much more fun. And most importantly: enjoy the time, because moll a great environment in which you can grow and develop.
