How did you find out about moll a training company, and why did you decide to do your training here?

In other job interviews, I often had the impression that e-commerce was a new topic for the companies and that the trainers did not have sufficient knowledge. Basic questions, for example about school education, often remained unanswered in job interviews, which raised doubts in my mind.

This open cooperation and willingness to help made me feel that I was in good hands.

What tasks will you take on in your apprenticeship and how well do you feel prepared for them?

In the first year of my apprenticeship, my main tasks were in factory sales. This sales channel is mainly managed by us trainees, which means that we are allowed to work independently right from the start. We take on a variety of tasks, such as order picking, stock maintenance and direct customer support. This responsibility not only gives me the feeling of being appreciated, but also prepares me ideally for future tasks, as I get to know many operational processes at first hand.

From the second year of my training, I was given responsibility for the Amazon sales channel. I was particularly pleased about this opportunity, as I am independently responsible for this important sales channel. I am very grateful for the trust the company has placed in me. Even during the job interview, it was emphasized that "moll and encourages" its employees—and that is exactly what I have experienced here. It is not a given to be entrusted with such a central task in only my second year of training, and I greatly appreciate this opportunity.

Thanks to the combination of independent work, targeted support and practical tasks, I feel excellently prepared for my future career.

What do you moll like about your training at moll ? Has anything surprised you in a positive way?

What I particularly like about my training at moll is that I have been allowed to work independently from the very beginning and have been entrusted with important tasks. This trust and responsibility motivate me greatly and show that trainees are also highly valued here. Working independently not only allows me to learn a lot, but also helps me develop my skills and self-confidence.

This form of training, which focuses on trust and personal responsibility, is the ideal preparation for my future career. I also appreciate the recognition you receive moll your work at moll . Whether it's small tasks or larger projects, your achievements are noticed and acknowledged. This feeling that your work counts and is valued motivates me every day.

How do you experience the working atmosphere and cooperation with your colleagues?

The working atmosphere and the relationship with my colleagues is very good. Nobody treats you like you're "just a trainee". In my department, the teamwork is so pleasant that I really look forward to going to work every day. The open communication and respectful interaction create an atmosphere in which you always feel comfortable and motivated to give your best. I haven't had a single day where I thought I didn't feel like going to work.
